As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary here at Winspear Homes I view the past decade with a sense of pride and accomplishment. We move forward with renewed confidence and optimism that the next decade will surpass the success of the past. Although we cherish the past we embrace the future.

Striving for a great product made us who we are and will take us where we are going. Our strategy has been to engage our customers and strive for and structure a winning attitude and product.

My optimism in the future is in long supply. It springs from the fact we presently have half a dozen projects on stream and our success is embedded in our core values.
